Friends Recruitment World is a licensed overseas recruitment agency placing Bangladeshi workers in international jobs. We are looking for a Business Development Executive whose main goal is to generate a steady flow of genuine job-seeker and employer inquiries (leads) for the agency. The role achieves this through social media marketing and an up-to-date, trustworthy website, and by counselling and following up with inquiries to turn them into registered applicants. The primary skills required are social media marketing and website management.

Social Media Marketing (primary)

  • Create and Manage the company Facebook Page and other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp) as needed.

  • Create regular content in Bangla, English — posts, images, and short videos — about available overseas jobs and the agency's services.

  • Plan and run lead-generation ad campaigns on Facebook / Meta Ads — using lead forms and click-to-chat (Messenger / WhatsApp), with proper audience targeting and budget — and track leads and cost per lead.

  • Respond quickly to comments and messages, capture every genuine inquiry, and pass leads on for counselling and follow-up.

  • Build trust through worker testimonials, success stories, and clear, honest information.

Website Management (primary)

  • Keep job circulars and listings updated on frwjobs.com.

  • Maintain and update website pages and content (WordPress or relevant CMS).

  • Improve the application / inquiry process so visitors easily become leads, and improve the overall user experience.

  • Apply basic SEO so the site appears on Google for relevant searches; ensure the site is fast and mobile-friendly.

  • Maintain trust and security signals — SSL, clearly displayed recruiting license and credentials, and contact information.

Counselling & Lead Follow-up (secondary — training provided)

  • Counsel aspiring overseas workers honestly about jobs, destination countries, costs, process, and required documents.

  • Follow up with leads by phone, in person, and online to convert genuine inquiries into registered applicants.

  • Maintain a record of all leads and applicants, and track their status.

Routine Office Work

  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, correspondence (phone and email), and front-desk inquiries.

  • Maintain applicant files and records — CVs, passports, and documents — safely and in proper order.

  • Carry out data entry and basic documentation support for job applications.

  • Coordinate with colleagues, agents, and clients, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

General / IT Support (as needed)

  • Basic troubleshooting and coordination with hosting or IT freelancers for larger technical issues.

  • Prepare simple monthly reports on leads generated, social media growth, and website performance.
