Experience:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for software and SaaS products
Define clear product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in competitive markets
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation
Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email)
Optimize user acquisition funnels and conversion strategies
Track and improve KPIs such as CAC, engagement, and ROI
Oversee creation of website content, case studies, brochures, and product documentation
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms
Plan and execute product launches and feature promotions
Support sales with pitch decks, demos, and marketing collateral
Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products
Gather customer feedback to improve product-market fit
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Use analytics and marketing tools to continuously optimize strategies
Report progress and performance to management
Support the Business Development team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for government, donor-funded, and international projects.
Assist in developing concept notes, grant applications, technical documentation, company profiles, and proposal submissions.
Monitor tender and funding opportunities, support bid preparation, and contribute to proposal development.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, stakeholder discussions, and coordinate proposal activities to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
