Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor stock levels; manage dead/obsolete items to avoid overstocking.
Receive and inspect goods; prepare GRNs or rejection memos.
Organize storage; apply FIFO/FEFO to minimize waste.
Issue materials to departments; maintain proper documentation.
Keep accurate records via spreadsheets or ERP/SAP; generate stock reports.
Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and HSE compliance.
