• Strong knowledge of yarns, trims, and dyeing chemicals specific to sweater production

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of commercial processes (LC, HS code, import regulations)

• Strong command of English and ability to communicate with overseas suppliers/buyers

• Proactive, result-driven, and process-oriented leadership mindset

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the procurement and supply chain operations of our Spining & Dyeing. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire procurement cycle—from sourcing raw materials (yarns, chemicals) to vendor management, import coordination, inventory control, and timely material availability to support smooth and cost-efficient production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals and production timelines.

• Ensure efficient sourcing of yarns, chemicals, trims, packaging, and machine parts.

• Identify and qualify new vendors (international and local); negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.

• Lead MRP (Material Requirement Planning) based on production forecasts and ensure stock optimization.

• Monitor the supply pipeline, including imports, LC processing, customs clearance, and delivery.

• Maintain accurate inventory data, stock ageing reports, and buffer stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policy, buyer standards, and audit requirements.

• Work closely with production, planning, commercial, finance, and QA/QC teams.

• Train, guide, and supervise the supply chain/procurement team; drive performance and accountability.

• Continuously explore cost-saving opportunities and supply chain process improvements.
