∎ B.Sc in Apparel Manufacturing & Technology or Textile Engineering from Government or reputed UGC-approved institute will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Garment Technology, Planning and execution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Quality, Ie and planning, Production planning, Sweater designing, Sweater production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and design layout & review the production planning.
∎ Make a master plan, daily plan, and instant plan.
∎ Follow up production schedule.
∎ Study operation sequence, Material flow.
∎ Making production T&A and executing accordingly.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per buyer’s requirement.
∎ Analyzes capacity allocates order and prepares a tentative plan.
∎ Prepare daily material requirement plan and ensure materials are in-house as planned.
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual.
∎ Recommends the changes required to minimize the variance between planning and actual.
∎ Monitors both in-house production and sourcing plans in order to maintain the delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and evaluating raw materials, manpower planning, production recording, and follow-up.
∎ Production planning, and implementation according to 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost and update from time to time.
∎ Follow up Sampling pre-production activities, knitting, linking, and finishing to shipment according to plan.
∎ Follow-up section-wise efficiency
∎ Must have good knowledge of cost sheets.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time
