Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering

• Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 35 to 40 years

• 10-12 years’ experience in high-rise commercial projects required

• Age 35 to 40 years preferred

• Clear knowledge of BNBC-2020 and related to MEP, fire & life safety systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and execution of HVAC system.

• Electrical, Fire Protection, Solar PV, Elevator & Escalator systems.

• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of complete EME works on site.

• Coordination with contractors, consultants, authorities, and client representatives.

• Ensuring installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes and standards.

• Monitoring project schedules, quality, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and utility service providers (DESCO/DPDC/REB, etc.) for power connections and approvals.

• Supervise installation low-voltage systems CCTV, fire alarm, access control & BMS

• Supporting testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and final handover.
