Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring execution of all works of law related procedures of law department.

• Vetting of land documents, finding flaws and providing opinion regarding purchase of land or agreement related to landowner

• Follow up the court cases and provides alternative solution

• Maintaining record of land documents.

• Drafting different types of agreements i.e MOU, development agreement, irrevocable power of attorney, deed of sale etc.
