Land Document Verification
Verify ownership and title of land.
Check deeds, khatian/porcha, mutation, tax receipts, maps, and other records.
Conduct due diligence before purchasing or developing land.
Identify ownership disputes, mortgages, liens, or other legal issues.
Land Purchase & Sale
Review and prepare land purchase/sale agreements.
Verify seller and buyer documentation.
Advise management on legal risks before transactions.
Assist with registration and execution of deeds.
Land Registration & Mutation
Coordinate with the Sub-Registry Office and relevant government offices.
Handle mutation/name-transfer matters.
Monitor registration, tax, and land-record procedures.
