Certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Must reside in or around Mukterpur, Munshiganj area.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of regulatory & compliance requirements, especially BIWTA procedures.

Willingness to travel and work under pressure.

• Coordinate vessel operations, regulatory and stakeholder matters.

• Manage crew attendance, leave, overtime, hiring, and other HR matters.

• Handle work and personal issues of vessel Masters, Drivers, crew members.

• Supervise vessel repair and maintenance activities.

• Check supplier invoices, get approvals, and follow up on payments.

• Maintain communication with labor unions and external representatives.

• Monitor fuel, lubricant, and other operating expenses.

• Investigate vessel accidents, prepare reports, and follow-up actions with relevant authorities and departments.

• Any relevant task assigned by the management.
