Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure maximum retail coverage to sell cement.
Ensure all products are available in each retail within the territory.
Understand market needs and tailor service accordingly.
Collect orders from retailers, construction sites etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, house owners, site owners, contractors etc.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
Collaborate with the team to achieve better performance.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Regularly visit retailer outlets and construction sites on the route.
Retain existing cement customers and acquire new ones.
Collect market data on competitors, sales volumes, campaigns, market share and provide insights to the Area In-charge.
Collect orders from the market and place them.
Contribute to revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
Coordinate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify and acquire new clients to maximize revenue.
Other relevant works assigned by the authority / management.
