Position: Junior Digital Platform Executive

Position Summary

The Junior Digital Platform Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's digital presence across corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels. The role includes website administration, e-commerce product management, digital content creation, social media management, corporate branding, and network development. The successful candidate will ensure that all digital platforms remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's business objectives and brand identity.


Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Digital Platform Management

  • Manage, maintain, and regularly update the company's corporate website and other digital platforms.

  • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with company branding.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to publish company news, announcements, events, and promotional information.

  • Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers or service providers to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain digital assets, documents, images, and multimedia content.

2. E-Commerce Management

  • Upload, edit, and maintain products on the company's e-commerce website(s) and online marketplaces.

  • Prepare and manage complete product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, categories, pricing, SKU codes, images, and product attributes.

  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and regularly updated across all platforms.

  • Monitor stock visibility, promotional campaigns, featured products, and seasonal offers.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate product information and timely updates.

  • Improve product presentation and customer experience through well-structured product pages.

3. Content Creation & Digital Communication

  • Create high-quality digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Write professional product descriptions, website copy, blogs, captions, and corporate communications.

  • Ensure all published content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

  • Develop, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.

  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance.

  • Prepare periodic reports on social media activities and recommend improvements.

5. Corporate Branding & Culture

  • Support the promotion of the company's corporate culture through digital communication.

  • Develop content that reflects the company's vision, mission, values, and organizational culture.

  • Promote employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, training programs, and corporate events through digital platforms.

  • Ensure consistent corporate branding across all online channels.

6. Network Development

  • Support the expansion of the company's professional and business network through digital platforms.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, educational institutions, business communities, and other stakeholders.

  • Assist in promoting the company's brand reputation and online presence.

  • Identify opportunities for digital collaboration, partnerships, and community engagement.

7. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and online advertising initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to improve online visibility and lead generation.

8. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports on website updates, e-commerce performance, content activities, and social media performance.

  • Maintain organized records of digital assets and marketing materials.

  • Analyze basic digital performance metrics and recommend improvements.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management related to digital platform operations.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in website management, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, content management, or social media management will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

  • Experience in managing product listings on e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.

  • Knowledge of AI-powered productivity and content creation tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) will be an added advantage.
