The Dealer Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing and expanding the company's dealer network to achieve sales targets, increase market share and ensure dealer satisfaction. The role focuses exclusively on dealer business, maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers while appointing new dealers in potential markets.
Identify and appoint new dealers in potential territories. Evaluate dealer capability before appointment.
Develop strategies to expand dealer coverage nationwide. Ensure all appointed dealers comply with company policies.
Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews. Resolve dealer complaints and business issues promptly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual dealer sales plans. Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets. Monitor dealer-wise sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities. Analyze competitors' pricing, products, and promotional activities. Recommend market expansion strategies.
Forecast dealer demand accurately. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure timely product availability for dealers. Minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
Implement approved pricing policies. Monitor dealer discount structures. Ensure compliance with company commercial terms. Support dealer promotional campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze dealer-wise sales trends. Submit market intelligence reports. Recommend strategies for business improvement.
