Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and submit visa applications for foreign nationals to the relevant Bangladesh authorities.
Coordinate with the Department of Immigration and Passport and other government offices for visa processing.
Maintain records of all visa applications, renewals, and approvals.
Assist foreign employees in preparing required documents (invitation letters, work permits, etc.)
Ensure timely renewal of visas and work permits to avoid expiration issues.
Provide support and guidance to foreign employees about immigration rules and procedure
