• Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and procedures clearly to clients.
• Follow up with new leads and maintain consistent communication to ensure conversions.
• Track clients’ application progress and provide timely updates.
• Resolve client queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM or database.
• Coordinate with the internal team to collect and provide necessary information for visa processing.
• Prepare daily communication, follow-up, and conversion reports for management.
• Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Assist in designing visual content, marketing materials, and presentations using basic Graphic Design tools.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and workplace discipline.
• Build long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction
