Responsibilities & Context:

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries

  • Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

  • Support office operations and assist management as needed

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and front office procedures .
