Responsibilities & Context:
Internship: Customer Service & Delivery Officer
Company: Maven Autos
Location: 145- Tejgaon Industrial Area
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & BRTA: Handle vehicle registration, tax tokens, and fitness paperwork.
Delivery Coordination: Manage vehicle handovers, including pre-delivery inspections and detailing.
Post-Sales Support: Conduct after-sales follow-ups and maintain client relationships.
Operations: Manage vehicle key inventory, coordinate duplicate key making, and assist in payment collections.
Showroom Support: Assist walk-in clients and ensure display cars are in pristine condition.

Requirements
Recent graduate or final year student (BBA/Marketing preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
