Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost Accounting

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Lead the Finance & Accounts Department to ensure strong, ethical financial management.
• Work closely with senior management and report directly to the Chairman/Managing Director.
• Oversee accounting, costing, planning, investment, VAT, taxation, and treasury functions.
• Arrange credit facilities and ensure full compliance with credit terms.
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and supervise annual audit plans and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of relevant financial laws and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
• Manage cash flow and financial risks (Credit Risk, ALM Risk, ICC & ICT Risk).
• Support long-term financial strategy and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide required documents for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
