Responsibilities & Context:
Maven Autos Ltd. is expanding its team and looking for some motivated, energetic, and career-focused individuals to join our growing automobile organization.
Position: Sales Executive (Male & Female)
Vacancy: 12
Salary Range: BDT 15,000 – 40,000
(Based on experience)
Sales Conversion: Convert walk-ins and digital leads into sales by matching customer needs with available stock.
Product Expertise: Explain Japanese auction sheets, Hybrid/EV tech, and vehicle specs (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc.).
Client Management: Build trust and manage the customer journey from the first visit to vehicle handover.
Financing Support: Coordinate with banks and leasing companies to facilitate quick car loan approvals. (additional)
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
Additional Benefit: Attractive Sales Commission
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualification (Added Advantage):
-Automobile Engineering background is a Plus
-Diploma holders in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (Others also acceptable)
