Position: Jr. Executive – Telesales / Call Centre
Organization: Megamind Plus
Location: House #11, Block-B, Main Road, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days per Week (On-site Office)

 

Role Overview

Responsible for contacting prospective students, providing accurate information about study abroad opportunities and English proficiency courses, and supporting the admission process through proper communication and follow-up.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.     Make minimum 150 outbound calls daily to prospective students.

2.     Provide clear information about destinations, programs, and admission processes.

3.     Conduct regular follow-up calls and convert leads into counseling appointments.

4.     Maintain proper call logs, data entry, and CRM/database updates.

5.     Coordinate with counselors for consultation scheduling.

6.     Communicate professionally with students at all times.

 

Performance & Incentives

·       Performance bonus based on successful conversions.

·       Salary increment after successful probation period based on performance.

 

Salary

BDT 10,000 – 13,000 (Starting)
Increment after probation based on performance.

 

Requirements

·       Age: 20 – 27 years

·       Good communication in English and Bangla

·       Ability to speak clear, smart Bangla with confidence

·       Basic computer skills and data entry ability

·       Target-oriented and disciplined work attitude

Reporting, Monitoring & Compliance

·       All calls and follow-ups must be properly recorded and reported.

·       Regular call audits and monitoring will be conducted.

·       False reporting is strictly prohibited.

·       Daily targets, reporting accuracy, and follow-up quality must be maintained.
