Job Context

Megamind Plus is one of Bangladesh’s leading education service providers, specializing in Study Abroad Consultancy and English Proficiency Courses (IELTS, PTE). Megamind is also a British Council official authorised IELTS exam venue located at Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219, ensuring international standards in testing and student support.

Position Details

Designation: Jr. Executive – Telesales

Office Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

Location: On-site (Candidates must ensure the location is feasible before applying)

Probation Period: 3–6 months (adjustable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students

  • Handle 120–150 calls daily (may increase during campaigns or events)

  • Clearly explain study destinations, programs, and admission processes

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into applications

  • Maintain accurate call reports and update CRM/database consistently

  • Coordinate with counselors to arrange student consultations

  • Handle student queries with professionalism and confidence

  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals

Application Note

  • Candidates are expected to be disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume calling. Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla will be an advantage.
