Probation Period: 3–6 months (adjustable based on performance)
Make outbound calls to prospective students
Handle approximately 120–150 calls daily
(Call volume may increase during campaigns, admission seasons, or promotional events)
Explain study destinations, university programs, visa procedures, and admission processes clearly
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into applications
Maintain accurate call reports and update CRM/database consistently
Coordinate with counselors to arrange consultations and student meetings
Handle student and guardian queries professionally and confidently
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-oriented work
Basic computer and CRM handling skills will be an advantage
Previous telesales/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Candidates must be disciplined, punctual, and professional in communication
This is a full-time on-site role and requires physical presence at the office.
Candidates must ensure the office location and working hours are feasible before applying.
The role involves continuous calling and regular follow-ups throughout the workday.
Performance will be evaluated based on discipline, communication quality, consistency, target achievement, and overall contribution to the department.
