Megamind Plus is one of Bangladesh’s leading education service providers, specializing in Study Abroad Consultancy and English Proficiency Courses (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL). Megamind is also a British Council official authorised IELTS exam venue.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Designation: Jr. Executive - Telesales

  • Office Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Working Days: 6 days/week

  • Probation Period: 3–6 months (adjustable)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students

  • Handle 120–150 calls daily (higher during events if required)

  • Explain study destinations, programs, and admission processes clearly

  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into applications

  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/database

  • Coordinate with counselors to schedule consultations

  • Handle student queries professionally and confidently

  • Achieve individual and team targets consistently

  • Candidates from relevant fields are strongly preferred

  • Applicants from completely unrelated industries are discouraged

  • Fixed salary + instant incentive on each file conversion

  • PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) will be applied based on performance
