Responsibilities & Context:

Jr. Executive – Telesales (Study Abroad Department)

Megamind Plus is one of Bangladesh’s leading education service providers, specializing in Study Abroad Consultancy and English Proficiency Courses including IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL. Megamind is also an official British Council authorised IELTS exam venue located at Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219, maintaining international standards in testing and student support.

Position Details

  • Designation: Jr. Executive – Telesales

  • Department: Study Abroad

  • Office Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Working Days: 6 days per week

  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219

  • Probation Period: 3–6 months (adjustable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students

  • Handle approximately 120–150 calls daily
    (Call volume may increase during campaigns, admission seasons, or promotional events)

  • Explain study destinations, university programs, visa procedures, and admission processes clearly

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into applications

  • Maintain accurate call reports and update CRM/database consistently

  • Coordinate with counselors to arrange consultations and student meetings

  • Handle student and guardian queries professionally and confidently

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-oriented work

  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills will be an advantage

  • Previous telesales/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • Candidates must be disciplined, punctual, and professional in communication
