Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting smooth communication between customers and the service team.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person communication.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service scheduling and delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates, completion status, and feedback.
Maintain and update customer records, service history, and interaction details in the CRM or database.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
Prepare and maintain service reports and customer-related documentation.
Support sales and marketing teams by assisting customers with service information and promotions and visit customer premises as when required.
Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist with appointment scheduling and other customer service–related administrative tasks.
Requirements
Female candidates only
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client management, or a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Bangla
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Experience with CRM software will be considered an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
