Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers for automotive parts, tools, and materials to meet quality and cost requirements.
∎ Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Stock Control: Implement systems for accurate stock tracking and regular audits.
∎ Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and suppliers.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the service and operations teams to understand their needs and ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Reporting: Generate periodic reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and expenses.
