Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations Management

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring efficiency in sales, product presentation, and customer service.

  • Maintain high operational standards in line with company policies and brand guidelines.

Team Leadership & Staff Supervision

  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff to ensure strong product knowledge and excellent customer service delivery.

  • Monitor team attendance, leave management, and overall staff performance while providing periodic reports to management.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive outlet sales performance to achieve both revenue and volume targets.

  • Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to exceed business goals.

Customer Experience Management

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering personalized product recommendations.

  • Educate customers about watch features, brand heritage, time zone functions, and ensure efficient after-sales service.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

  • Coordinate timely stock replenishment while maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure attractive and brand-compliant product displays that enhance the store’s visual appeal and customer engagement.

  • Maintain outlet aesthetics in line with international retail standards.

Corporate Sales & Market Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, institutions, and government organizations.

  • Identify new market opportunities and support promotional initiatives to expand brand presence.

Compliance & Administrative Control

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards.

  • Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and implement disciplinary procedures when required.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer insights.

  • Prepare regular performance and analytical reports for management review and strategic decision-making.

Additional Duties

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management in line with business requirements.
