Client Advisory & Consultation

• Engage clients with a solution-oriented approach, assessing their travel goals (Work Permit, Student Visa, Tourist Visa, Medical Travel, etc.).

• Provide accurate guidance on country requirements, processing timelines, and success-ready documentation needs.

• Deliver tailored travel and visa recommendations that align with clients’ budgets and expectations.

Visa Documentation & Processing

• Prepare, verify, and submit visa files with 100% accuracy while maintaining embassy compliance.

• Stay updated on policy shifts, embassy notices, and VFS/immigration changes for all major destinations.

• Track each application from submission to decision and proactively communicate updates to clients.

Air Ticketing & Travel Solutions

• Advise customers on the best flight options based on pricing, routes, and travel convenience.

• Prepare PNRs, issue/reserve tickets, and manage date changes, refunds, and reissues.

• Present smart alternatives for cost-efficient and flexible travel plans.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build trust-driven relationships by offering empathetic, transparent, and professional communication.

• Handle inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and walk-ins with precision and responsiveness.

• Ensure a memorable experience that drives repeat business and referrals.

• Incentive + Commission For Targeting Sales ( Air Ticket, Visa, Hotel Booking, and Package Tour )
