Responsibilities & Context:
- ফোনে শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকদের সাথে কথা বলে ভর্তি ও কোর্স সংক্রান্ত তথ্য প্রদান
- অফিসে আগত শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকদের কাউন্সেলিং করা
- কোর্স, ফি ও ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া বিস্তারিতভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা
- প্রতিদিনের কল রিপোর্ট, লিড আপডেট ও ফলোআপ নেওয়া
- ভর্তির লক্ষ্যে টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা
