Ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Ability to explain visa rules, documentation, timelines
Problem-solving skills
Interpersonal & persuasion skills
Cultural sensitivity & professionalism
Ability to maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide visa consultation and explain documentation requirements
- Assist clients with application processes for multiple visa categories
- Maintain client records, follow-up schedules and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email and meetings
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customers
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company guidelines
- Support overall sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide tour package and service-related information during live or calls
- Must perform Facebook Live sessions to promote services
