Additional Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of international travel destinations and visa procedures.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Internet Research.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in social media communication and lead handling will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries with a primary focus on Tour Packages, along with Visa Processing, Air Tickets, and Hotel Reservations.

  • Consult clients regarding domestic and international travel destinations, tour plans, and visa requirements.

  • Prepare quotations, package details, customized travel itineraries, and tour proposals for clients.

  • Follow up with potential clients and actively convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

  • Achieve sales targets through effective client communication and relationship management.

  • Process and manage visa applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Communicate with embassies, airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required.

  • Maintain client databases and update records regularly.

  • Handle customer communication through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.

  • Conduct Facebook Live sessions and participate in online promotional activities to generate leads and increase sales.

  • Assist in preparing promotional content, tour campaigns, and marketing activities.

  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
