Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders and corporate customers.
Promote airline cargo products and negotiate competitive rates with customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecast, and provide regular market insights.
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Coordinate closely with cargo operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints and follow up on shipment-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
