Experience:

• Age 30 to 40 years

· Good communication skills (English & Bangla)

· Ability to work in shifts (including night)

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of airline departure control systems preferred

• Supervise overall passenger handling activities including check-in, boarding, and arrival services

• Ensure on-time flight handling and smooth aircraft turnaround operations

• Coordinate with Airport Operations, Ground Handling, and Airline Operations Control

• Monitor check-in counters, boarding gates, and passenger flow management

• Supervise Traffic Assistants, Passenger Service Agents, and Loaders

• Ensure proper baggage handling, tagging, and reconciliation procedures

• Verify passenger manifest, load sheet, and flight-related documents

• Handle flight delays, cancellations, and irregular operations efficiently

• Coordinate special service requests (wheelchair, UMNR, VIP, medical cases)

• Maintain communication with cockpit crew and operations team

• Monitor staff duty roster, shift allocation, and attendance

• Handle customer complaints and ensure service quality standards

• Coordinate with security, immigration, and airport authorities

• Ensure boarding gate announcements and final call procedures

• Monitor aircraft boarding completion and passenger headcount

• Prepare daily flight handling and delay reports

• Ensure grooming, discipline, and performance of traffic staff

• Handle emergency situations as per airline procedures

• Perform any other duties assigned by Station Manager / Airport Manager
