We are looking for a smart and energetic individual who can handle client inquiries generated from our Social Media (Facebook) marketing. The main goal is to convert online leads into office visits and successfully book their visa files through expert consultancy.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Social Media Leads: Respond to potential clients via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Phone calls promptly.

• Client Consultation: Provide primary information regarding visa processing for USA, UK, Canada, and Schengen countries to interested clients.

• Lead Conversion: Convince potential clients to visit the office for a detailed assessment.

• Face-to-Face Counseling: Conduct professional counseling sessions at the office and close deals (File Booking).

• Knowledge Application: Use your strong knowledge of visa rules (1st world countries) to build trust and guide clients correctly.

• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversion.

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales/booking targets to earn commissions.
