• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails ( bloody mary, black Russian, long island , margarita etc.) and other drinks may also prepare suggested by the patron using proper bartending technique.

• Collect payment and operate a cash register

• Serve food to customers seated at the bar

• Clean and maintain bar area and wash glassware

• Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol

• Follow up when a customer has had too much alcohol

• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays

• Maintain/control inventory of bar stock and supplies

• Handle the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink selection, informing customers about food preparation details

• Representing genuine hospitality while greeting with the guest

• Guiding guests with having knowledge of food, beverages and ingredients

• Taking accurate orders and serve

• Providing good service that makes guests feel well taken care of and building their intent to return

• Prepare the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks
