Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and to ensure food quality, costing and preservation.
To providing the following meals for our guests: A: Indian Sub-continent (Thai, Chinese, Indian, Malay etc) Food B: Continental (Italian, Mexican, French and Spanish Food & C: Bangla Food.
The duties includes preparation of cooking, creating and developing all types of dishes from the menu using traditional/modern techniques, fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending them for added menu variety. You will also be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within the kitchen.
Involved in development of junior kitchen staff by providing them necessary training in required areas, wastage control, ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.
The candidates have a clear understanding of the production of cuisine of Star standard.
Work when and where required within all areas of the Kitchen department.
Must have to have proper hygiene training included with the all other qualifications.
You will be required to create own menu for the restaurant.
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly, food cooking & preservation temperature must be known.
Prepares International Cuisine, sauces, appetiser in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, bakery & sushi kitchen.
Service Charge and other as per company Policies.
