Responsibilities & Context:
Handle end-to-end visa processing.
Review and verify client documents as per embassy requirements
Prepare and submit visa applications accurately
Provide guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and procedures
Coordinate with embassies
Ensure proper documentation and maintain visa file records systematically
Monitor application status and provide timely updates to clients
Stay updated with changing visa rules, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies
Ensure compliance with company standards and embassy regulations
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client-related information
Support team members and management in achieving visa success targets
