Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Related Field from a Recognized University.
Ability to work under fast phase work environment, meet deadlines and targets, and available as per the business requirement of the hotel.
Guest centric, attention to detail, result oriented, hands-on approach, problem solver, ability to lead and mentor a team.
Pre-opening hotel experience in a Five Star / Upper Upscale environment will be considered as an added advantage.
At least 10-15 years’ working experience in hospitality industry, which includes minimum 3-5 years as F&B Operations Manager or F&B Manager in an upper-upscale hotel.
Working experience in International Hotel Brands in Dhaka market will be an added advantage.
Must have excellent command on MS Office (Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good knowledge of Hotel’s Property Management System (PMS & POS)
Q Hotel Dhaka - a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited - is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel along with Multi-Purpose Office Complex with two Independent 20 Storied Towers. Food & Beverage Operations Manager position is a full-time on-site role for Q Hotel Dhaka.
The position requires overseeing all food and beverage service operations within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and compliance with hotel standards.
The role manages Restaurants, Lounge, Banquet, Conference, Room Service, Kitchen Services (In coordination with the Executive Chef), and other F&B outlets while ensuring profitability, quality service, hygiene standards, and team performance.
This position involves working closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and other Department Heads and Owners to maximize the revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
