Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Strong knowledge of event coordination, catering operations, and venue management.

  • Skilled in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure.

  • Fluent in English and Bengali.

  • CMP certification or equivalent professional event certification preferred.

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all operational aspects of events, including timelines, floor plans, catering setup, AV, décor, and staffing requirements.

  2. Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the planning and execution process.

  3. Oversee on-site event execution to ensure all events are delivered professionally, on schedule, and according to client expectations.

  4. Coordinate with internal departments including F&B, Operations, Housekeeping, IT, Facilities, Golf Operations, and Security to ensure seamless event delivery.

  5. Manage catering operations by coordinating menu execution, equipment, inventory, stewarding, and vendor activities to maintain service quality standards.

  6. Supervise and support Event Coordinators and related staff through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.

  7. Resolve operational challenges and troubleshoot event-related issues in real-time to ensure exceptional guest and client experiences.

  8. Maintain event documentation, reports, billing coordination, event systems, and post-event evaluations to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
