Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or Related Field from a Recognized University.
Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
Strong knowledge of Channel Managers, OTA Platforms and Revenue Management.
Understanding of Yield Management and Pricing Strategy.
Excellent command of MS Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Guest-centric and result-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Q Hotel Dhaka, a concern of Quality Hospitality Limited, is an upcoming Five-Star Hotel located at Purbachal New Town. The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase and is expected to commence full operations by September 2026.
We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager who will oversee all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth daily operations, efficient room management, and achievement of departmental objectives.
Oversee all Front Office operations.
Manage reception, concierge, guest relations and telephone operations.
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Supervise room inventory and room allocation processes.
Monitor room occupancy and revenue performance.
Manage guest arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales and Engineering departments.
Monitor OTA performance and Channel Manager operations.
Support revenue management and pricing strategies.
Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate Front Office staff.
Handle guest complaints and service recovery initiatives.
Participate in pre-opening activities and hotel readiness programs.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
