We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Student Visa Consultancy Support.
Job Responsibilities:
Face to Face Customer Support.
Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries.
Customers schedule according to the day and time.
Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information.
Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty.
Manage customers complains accordingly.
Ensure customer services according to the given requirements.
Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
Others activities as advised by supervisor and management.
