Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Student Visa Consultancy Support.
Job Responsibilities:
Face to Face Customer Support.
Receive customer`s phone calls and answer queries.
Customers schedule according to the day and time.
Regularly maintain and update customer`s database based on information.
Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty.
Manage customers complains accordingly.
Ensure customer services according to the given requirements.
Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
Others activities as advised by supervisor and management.
