We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Executive Student Visa Consultancy Support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Face to Face Customer Support.
- Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries.
- Customers schedule according to the day and time.
- Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information.
- Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty.
- Manage customers complains accordingly.
- Ensure customer services according to the given requirements.
- Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
- Others activities as advised by supervisor and management
