• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Experience in fashion retail industry will be preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Supervise and monitor daily operations of all retail showrooms.

2. Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

3. Coordinate with Branch Managers to improve showroom performance.

4. Monitor inventory management and stock movement across branches.

5. Analyze sales reports and prepare operational performance reports.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

7. Conduct regular showroom visits and provide operational guidance.

8. Handle customer service issues and implement improvement plans.

9. Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
