LAVISHO POWER is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head – Retail to lead and expand the company's retail sales operations across Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing retail sales strategies, strengthening distributor and dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and driving revenue growth across retail channels.
This role requires strong leadership, channel management expertise, and a deep understanding of retail sales within the power, electrical, electronics, energy, or related industries.
Retail Sales Strategy
Develop and execute the retail sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Set sales targets, forecasts, and budgets for retail channels.
Identify opportunities for market expansion, new territories, and product penetration.
Monitor retail market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Channel & Distribution Management
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Ensure effective product availability and distribution across target markets.
Develop channel incentive programs and retail promotion strategies.
Resolve channel conflicts and maintain healthy partner relationships.
Sales Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve targets.
Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability systems.
Conduct regular field visits, sales reviews, and coaching sessions.
Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent.
Retail Operations & Trade Marketing
Collaborate with marketing teams on retail campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor merchandising standards, retail visibility, and brand presence.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives at the retail level.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to improve channel performance.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Track sales performance, inventory movement, and market share.
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and channel performance records.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, distribution management, or trade marketing.
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing retail or distribution teams.
Experience in electrical products, power solutions, electronics, energy systems, industrial products, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding retail networks.
