* Target Achievement: Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved across both stores.

* Team Supervision: Monitor the daily activities of the sales team and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.

* Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and implement effective initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.

* Store Display & Presentation: Maintain attractive and professional store displays and product presentations that encourage customer engagement and purchasing.

* Stock Management & Reporting: Ensure proper inventory management, monitor stock levels, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.

* Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute sales growth strategies, promotional activities, and action plans to increase store revenue and profitability.
