Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure daily office and shop operations smoothly running including website, facebook orders processing and courier delievry on time.
Ensure accuracy warehouse inventory, stock in/out, shipment data
Prepare and submit daily sales, order and operations reports.
Ensure timely resolution of courier company, customer complaints, returns, exchange etc.
Coordinate warehouse packing man, data entry man, sales team and courier operations
