Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and maintain E-Commerce CRM Software (Nuport, Ecom Drive, etc.) accurately and regularly, including:
* Product entry and updates
* Parcel entry and tracking
* Order information management
* Overall CRM system maintenance
✅ Manage and maintain the Shopify website regularly:
* Product upload and updates
* Product information, pricing, and inventory updates
* Website content and product page maintenance
* Ensuring website information is accurate and up-to-date
