Responsibilities & Context:
1. Document & Correspondence (Microsoft Word)
Fast typing speed and accurate formatting.
Creating formal letters, reports, tables, and notices.
Using mail merge for sending bulk emails or printing labels.
2. Data Management & Reporting (Microsoft Excel)
Organizing data, clean entry, and list management.
Formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, COUNTIF, and lookup functions (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP).
Creating charts, graphs, and basic Pivot Tables for quick reports.
3. Presentation & Communication (PowerPoint & Outlook)
Building simple, clean slide decks for meetings.
Managing official emails, calendar invites, and basic filing in Outlook.
