B.Sc. in Food Engineering / Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• Age 24 to 40 years

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the Sweets, Dairy, Bakery, or Pastry industry.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous quality improvement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

• Lead and oversee the overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for Sweets, Dairy, Bakery, and Pastry products.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems, SOPs, and food safety procedures.

• Ensure compliance with BSTI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and all applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistent product quality.

• Analyze quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent product quality and process improvement.

• Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits by regulatory authorities and customers.

• Monitor quality KPIs, prepare management reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build, lead, mentor, and evaluate the QC team to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure all quality documentation, product specifications, testing records, and compliance documents are accurately maintained.
