Experience:

• 6 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Candidates must have prior experience working in a Pharmaceutical Company.

• Candidates with experience in Agro-Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Animal Health, Feed, or related industries will be given preference.

• Experience in ASM, RSM, Area Sales Management, or Regional Sales Management roles will be considered an added advantage.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, dealers, distributors, and key customers.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate field force members to ensure business growth.

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback to management.

• Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and other required documentation on time.
